Katsi Products — trading under Sterling Diamond Investments PTY Ltd — was founded in 2020 in the small town of Ficksburg, nestled in the Free State foothills of the Maluti Mountains. What began as a personal quest for genuine, effective African herbal remedies grew into a thriving product range trusted by customers across South Africa.
Our founder drew from decades of traditional knowledge passed down through KwaZulu-Natal and Free State communities — knowledge of which plants heal, which roots protect, and which waters cleanse. At a time when mass-produced, synthetic alternatives dominated the market, Katsi Products chose a different path: slow, intentional, and grounded in ancestral wisdom.
Today, our product range spans eight lines — from sacred siwashos to revitalising aura salts — each crafted with the same respect for tradition and commitment to quality that guided us from day one.
